All the package holidays I've ever been on have someone standing there pointing you to the right coach. You'll be fine. Have a great holiday.

just got back from VT yesterday and had a fantastic time skiing the Three valleys!
I would recommend VT to any half decent skier and the beginner in our chalet said she enjoyed it too.The pass for the whole area is a waste for beginners and early intermediates as the only way down to Mottaret is via the "lac del la chambre" which can be difficult
we had a mixed week weather wise Sunday was beautiful and we were in Courcheval having a coffee by 11 am ...even going the slow way via "ours" a long and painful green ...but instead of 1850 we ended up in 1500 a much quieter place.
Tuesday was another trek with a neilson group again to Courcheval but this time in zero visibility...interesting as i am not good in flat light .but I made it
The only thing of interest on Wednesday was that we got stuck in a lift(roberty) in La Menuires for an hour...got to be the shortest lift in the resort ..but it broke down....
by Thursday the weather had changed and the piste was fantastic
and my ski buddy Mike did the Grand Couloir...I chickened
he then calibrated by investing in a coffee in 1850 €6.60 ...be warned
and we skied down to La Tania for lunch a lovely run down the "bouc blanc" in perfect conditions and after down jockey to Le praz .
I enjoyed the la Tania area and thought it more picturesque and friendly ..might try it next season
Friday was too hot and I skied in just an anorak and a vest..the snow in St Martine was getting slushy
all in all a fantastic area and would definitely visit again ,,,maybe not to VT though
here are a few more pics
went with Neilson and cant complain ...we booked on Wednesday went on Saturday nice reps and chalet host and good company ...and excellent discount

Excellent stuff Dave. I learned to ski in VT and Mrs H, who was a good skier at the time, has always said she would go back there. I really cant remember much about the place as I was concentrating to much on trying not to cry that week with awful rental boots and snowploughing!
I do remember it being bitterly cold at Xmas though, minus 25 during the day! One of my gloves froze to the bar on the lift that you pull down!
Its such a shame its in France and such a long transfer from most airports.
