The famous 'Nines' freestyle skiing and snowboarding event is returning to the Swiss resort of Murren in April.
Held at the Schilthorn – Piz Gloria sector for the second time at this venue, in the shadow of the iconic Eiger, Jungfrau and Mönch peaks, the Swatch Nines guarantees jaw-dropping action as athletes fly through the air.
The event will take place between the 8th and 13th of April, with the annual public day, when all are welcome to watch the action on Saturday 13th April.
It's an invitation-only event with 50 skiers and snowboarders receiving the call. The remit is creativity and innovation
Mountain Biking and Surfing events
The event will be followed later in the year by the mountain bike edition, the Swatch Nines MTB, which will be held at Sölden in the Austrian Alps.
This will take place between the 9th and 14th of September 2024, with the Public Day on the 14th.
A new surf event will take place in Waco, Texas from 15th to 17th of October.
