Ski-Lifts Win BEST TRANSFER OPERATOR 2016 at the World Ski Awards

J2Ski's preferred Airport Transfer partner has won Best Transfer Operator (again) at the World Ski Awards.

Ski-lifts are delighted to announce their WIN as the World's Best Ski Transfer Operator 2016 at the World Ski Awards held this weekend in Kitzbuhel, Austria. This is the second year Ski Lifts have won this award positioning them as THE leading ski transfer company in the Alps and beyond.

Richard Smith, Director at Ski Lifts wrote: "We are delighted to win this prestigious award for the second year. We are competing with businesses around the world, not just in Europe so this is a fantastic award for us to have been given a second time.

Ski Lifts is one of the biggest operators of ski transfers providing over 50,000 transfers each season. We pride ourselves on our excellent levels of service both with our clients who book directly online and with our many industry partners – tour operators and travel agents including, TUI, Ski Independence, Erna Low, Ski Solutions and the Ski Club of Great Britain."

NEW for winter season 16-17 Ski Lifts are offering carbon neutral executive transfers using the Telsa Model X 4-wheel drive. This is currently available from Geneva and Chambery airports to the main resorts in the Tarentaise including Val d'Isere, Tignes, Les Arcs and La Plagne.

Richard Smith wrote:"Through our trusted network of partners, we're delighted that we are now able to offer this new service. Ski Lifts are also looking to develop relationships with other partners to be able to offer this environmentally friendly airport transfer to other resorts."

Have considered them previously but.............they are 30% more expensive than Cool Bus. Ouch!

Of course, neither Cool Bus or Ski Lifts win the best company name prize. That has to go to,

Skiidy Gonzales.

Always make me smile when we walk into Geneva arrivals

I'll pass that on - they like to be competitive - although they do cover far more routes. 8)

It's a pretty competitive marketplace and I am only referring to the Geneva to Val d'Isere route. We've used Cool Bus three times previously (for private mini bus transfers). Haven't tested any other routes.

I'm sure Ski Lifts provide an exemplary service but they do need to sharpen their pencils a bit to get Family BB's hard earned £s (or euros)
