Was thinking about your logistics. Wioll you travel to & from work on the Rack & Pinion? Then further transport?
Will you get to work from home? In which case they will see you logged on for 25 minutes then logged off for 5 min, then......

Excellent news Tino! Very happy for you.
Do you have any pictures/links to the properties you're viewing?

DONE IT :D
I am resident of Zermatt, arrived for good on Tuesday evening, everything is in place in the apartment, been to register this morning, open a bank account etc. Now having a beer and a sandwich in the Brown Cow.
It was not without incident, getting stuck up on the Grimselpass at 2100m in a 3 tonne van and no chains was no fun, electrotaxis with all the contents of aforementioned van was interesting and the stress of the move was huge.
Now have a few days to relax, ride and look forward to the new job on Monday.
Gonna do a blog post about the move soon, but for now I am just going to enjoy a relaxing afternoon.

P.S. Dixie, due to moving chaos, I did not get your PM till now, apologies but I was snowboarding on the day you sent it, so I hope you made it up to the glacier on Sunday morning, it was wonderful, with new snow and sun.

Good luck Tino.
I'm not envious though, I mean why would I want to give up living in grey and wet Northampton when I could be living in boring Zermatt...pah!
