The only criticism he gets from instructors is that his legs are too close together, looks good though!

I say: Do what you need to do (run, bike, stop drinking beer) but congrats on finding your way back to the Mt. Even if you are old, and slow, and have your legs locked together tighter then the nuns at St. Mary's it's finding your way back to the thing you love after so many years that's important...
