It's very kind of Ade to offer me a go on his spare board. I've never tried before, so I don't know if I will even be able to stand up

But it should be a useful addition to the video, whatever happens - assuming we can sort out all the copyright issues, and find enough volunteers for the stunts etc. as per OA's post

Fancy dress - now there's an idea

I wonder what we should all dress up as?

And, as Ade says, we will at least contribute something to the sights in the Espace Killy during our week

We used to have a couple of police officers on our trips, I remember one of them celebrating a big birthday out on the slopes with their group all dressed up in those white police forensic suits.

There is still a long way to go with this project.

Many issues relating to permissions, copyright infringements and some technical difficulties remain to be resolved but the management board is confident that progress can be made before the deadline........

We are still looking for a number of stunt doubles to come forward and offer there services as, obviously, some of the stars will be unable for contractual and insurance reasons to complete their own ski and board stunts.

Another meeting is planned for December 20th to discuss resolutions to the above listed issues. A progress report will be published after this date .........

I'm hoping for blue skies for our January holiday, I'm aiming to film all the slopes on my list of must do 3V runs.

I might even be able to edit in some Alpine Replay graphics of the route, talk about geeks on the piste!

With a camera strapped to my head I'll be doing little else! I have a feeling Jockeys will need several takes....
