TH what's going on? You're usually the most organised out of all of us.
Even I've provisionally booked my time off work, just going to be browsing over the coming weeks and booking hopefully in October.
149 sleeps!(unless we manage to get away at Christmas) :)

Yes I do normally. I'm hedging my bets at the moment. Looks like I will only ski once this coming season, boo, due to son's graduation in America in May - costs are the main issue, time off not a problem.
So......been looking at 2 options: 1 is have 1 week where we really want and just book it now, the other is sit it out and wait for something suitable to come up like we did for ADH last Jan.
However, looks like being 4 of us, possibly 5 as Skidaddle has expressed a desire to ski with us again. Not sure about Ellistine this coming season, although as always the invitation is open for them. I believe Wickers is already sorted for the week we are going in Jan 2013, shame.
Mr Dowling isn't skiing this season as he is getting married in April and Mrs D-2-B (see what I did there.....??) has told him they aren't skiing, so we are all off the hook there - phew!!!! ;-)
SO.....leaving a late booking for 4 is a risk on its own, let alone 5, as single rooms are usually at a premium anyway.
Options at the moment:
Book Club Med in St Moritz (yes, it was that good we'd go back) or Cervinia, but it has to come down to a sensible price to do that.
Book a week in Monterosa area, somewhere all of us are very interested in.
Run the risk and wait for a half price or better deal to come up again as it has done before many times.
Hmmmm.......any suggestions guys? Price is an issue TBH.

I so wish we had that kind of flexibility, cant wait for Megs to finish school. The week we need (9th feb) is a popular week and there were zero deals even 2 weeks before last year.Skied: Arinsal, La Plagne, Alpe D'huez, Flaine, Les Arcs, Morzine, Les Gets, Avoriaz, Sauze, Courchevel, Val Thorens
