Hi,
Can someone explain to me how the snow report can say there is 180cm at top and 80cm at bottom also that sauze reports powder, when a lot of the slopes have stone, mud and grass comming thro' and there's been no real snow since Dec 21st?, I stayed here w/c 2nd Jan, the run from the top down to sestriere was terrible and even the olympic black had stones coming thro'I'm due to go back w/c 30th... where do the strange figures come from,,

I guess the strange figures relate to the date the report was sent in?
You could always phone the Tourist Office if you are concerned.

The snow report for Sauze comes to us via a third party - I have raised this with them and we should have an updated report shortly.
