Question regarding Seefeld

Good day

I plan to stop in Seefeld for a night + day visit for a relaxed ski day for a family (we will be skiing for 5 days prior to that in Obergurgl/Solden). We will be staying at the Wald hotel which I understand is close to the RosseHute ski area. I have 2 questions:

Does anyone knows of a rental ski set shop near that area which offers good prices? "snowell.com" does not offer a service from a shop that is close and the same goes with intersport.com. I do not want to waste time walking into the village, which the opposite way from the cable car station, then again.

There are 2 ski areas in Seefeld, in two opposite parts of town. If we look for a relaxed skiing experience, with nice woods around and relaxed non busy runs, which of the 2 is recommended?

Have not been to Seefeld for a couple of years but as far as I can remember there are no hire places at Rossehute area, but it may have changed. I know there are ski shops there. Most of the hire places are in the town.....mid way between the two areas. At the other slopes, The Gwandstoff (sp) there are several new hire places.
