Should mid-layer fleece go over or under a pair of bibs?

What ever makes you happy
If you have a powder skirt in your jacket, it really doesn't make much difference. For comfort, I'd think generally under, but having it over, would make shedding a layer easier. Sounds like you have the same problem as me - layers that used to fit under, now feel better outside the waistband

Im wondering which is warmer. 5minutes ago I imagined that over was warmer then I started thinking air could get under the mid layer more easily if it was over the bibs so Im confused. Which of the two is warmer.

In my experience, inside is warmer. If you have a powder skirt on your jacket, it doesn't make too much difference.
