Hello,
We are going to La Plagne on the 1st week of January 2010.
We'll be staying in Montalbert village.
Does anyone can tell me about this village and what snow conditions can we expect there and in La Plagne in general.

Quite a way on skis, much longer by road I expect!
Go down to Bellecote, then across to Plange Centre, then Aime, then down to Montalbert :D

I am also going to Montalbert this coming season but in Feb.
"Boredsurfin" - is the man with the imformation on Montalbert on this forum.

Sorry if this sounds silly but whereis Montalbert to realtion of the likes of belle plagne

Actually, we plan to ski all the way from Montalbert to Les Arcs 2000 :D
A couple of years ago we ski from one side of Les Arcs to the other side within half a day, so I guess we can ski from Montalbert to Les Arcs and back to the hotel within one day.
Anyway, it will be an adventure!
Can't wait!

I have read somewhere that it takes about 1 and half hours to ski from Montalbert to Les arcs and obviously the same back again.
