Samoens France. Good promo for families with kids under 12

I may have mentioned before that we were lucky enough to benefit from free everything for our daughter at Easter in Samoens.

It looks like the offer may be running again as I found the following on the Neige et Roc website:

Easter week from 27 march to 17 april 2010

Children under 12 years sharing a room with 2 adults are free in half board
Weekd from 3 to 17 avril 2010: 1 adult 6 days skipass = 1 child ski pass free ( - 12 years).
Promotion for renting and ski lessons, 1 paying adult = 1 child under 12 years free.


There is also mention of the same promo on the ESF website.

Sadly our kids are now too old but I thought someone might be interested.

The website for the village - www.samoens.com isn't really very good and doesn't give the info, but if I remember lots of accommodations take part in the promotion so could be worth emailing the tourist office to see who's offering it.

The snow has always been great there for us at Easter and it isn't too busy either.

Food is great at Neige et Roc too.

They aren't making it easy to find the offer, but worth the leg work if you save a few quid!
