Where to go for Flexible Chalet Stay / Self Catering 7th to 11th January

Myself and a mate are flying to Geneva on Wednesday to Sunday and are looking for a place to stay within 1-2 hours of geneva. Dont really want Chamonix as cant stand all the hastle with the buses.

Does anyone know of a good site to use to get late deals for flexible stays or can recommend a place to go.

Best, and shortest from Geneva, place for your ski is at La Clusaz. Great traditional village, 55 lifts, restaurants, lots of accommodation and nightlife!

We stayed at Les Terrasses for 3 nights last Jan, there is an apartment that sleeps 4/5 within a short walk to the gondola. They'll do short breaks if no bookings.
It's near the village centre too.
