Ski hire and lessons in Les Gets.

Hi, we are going to Les Gets in early Jan, 1st time so was wondering if anyone has any experience or advice on companys for hire and lessons ( for kids). We are looking at www.alpineresorts.com who i think work out of a shop called contat sports for hire and a company called 360 international for the lessons, any feedback or advice much appreciated.

We have always hired our skis from Nevada Sports (www.nevada-lesgets.com) & have always found them to be very helpful. Ask for Thierry, he's very accommodating & to be honest I think we've had better service there than in any other resorts I've been to.

For lessons we've always used the British Alpine Ski & Snowboard School (www.britishskischool.com) & found them to be excellent. The groups have been small & both my son & myself made great progress with them.

You'll have a great time - we've had some brilliant holidays in Les Gets :)
