Was looking into this the other day, my eyes are -1.75 and -1.50.
Is there a pair of sports googles/eyewear sutible for football, skiing and squash for reasonable prices?

Thanks

there is no ideal solution to cover you for all activities indoor and out.
on the cheaper end of things most opticians will deal with a company called NORVILLE they do a range of sports goggles with clear lenses for squash etc.
the most ideal solution without a cost issue would be a prescription oakley with either transition lenses so they change according to light conditions or have interchangeable lenses one light tint for indoor and one darker for outdoors.
Hope this is of help if this gets you nowhere come back to me and i may be able to sort it for you

I found loads of goggles in TK Max which just fitted over my normal specs thus elimitating the need for prescription ones.

It worked for me cos I had wrap around style glasses which had a bit of flex in the frames.

Here`s one to test you then;

Right eye; Sph - -5.75 Cyl - -1.75 Axis 45
Left eye; Sph - -5.00

Oakley don`t do a lense for my presciption, otherwise i would go for them. I need wrap around glasses for skiing. The only serious option i have is Adidas Evil Eye Explorer, with optical inserts.....unless you can come up with a better idea? :wink:

me too :D works fine for me, I've had Bolle glasses with optical inserts and they were good OK but expensive. Nowadays I mostly wear goggles and just have glasses underneath. Otherwise I have prescription lenses in sunglasses which work out pretty cheap over here.

I use torric monthly disposables to solve the other not being able to see problem.

I really struggle with goggles. I hate wearing them because I feel as if my sight is being blinkered. What are the goggles out there that have the best visibility?
