Hi,

my friends and I are looking for a nice summerski area in september 2005.

Does anyone have any experience with summerski?
Which glacier can you recommend?

thanks!

Les Deux Alpes (a.k.a Les 2 Alpes) has one of the highest ski areas in the world, and from 2800 to 3600 metres, between 25 June and 27 August 2005 the largest skiable glacier in Europe is open for Summer skiing. With 17 ski lifts open from 7am to 3pm, a purpose built “snowpark, half pipe, jumps, and organised courses are available. With a variety of runs in a relaxed summer atmosphere Summer skiing is for everyone. You can even mix with professional snowboarders who come from all over the Europe for training. A Peak Retreats holiday to Les Deux Alpes was featured on BBC1 Departure Lounge on 2 September 2005

we are currently taking advanced registration bookings for the new '06 season. so hop onto our website for more info. Make sure you go into the Summer section! :)

not sure if you've seen this info:

It is also useful to consider when going early or late in the season, as snow will therefore be garanteed on the glaciers
