Snow report - Les Aravis

Excellent! Snowing steadily right now after a day skiing fresh snow under mostly blue sky. Much of last weeks (knee-to-thigh deep) powder is now skiied out (we did our bit on Sunday!) but there are still pockets to be found and most of the off-piste is still soft even where chopped up.

Sunday was busy, yesterday (Monday) notable for the significant number of locals (including an impressive number of senior citizens - way to go!) out enjoying the conditions.

Now, we have an appointment with the (off)piste. 8)

Over the last few weeks we've been getting some pretty unbelievable conditions in the Northeast. The season seems to have gotten off to a late start, but its coming down hard as we speak fellas. I've been using skipress.com for some great reports and mountain info. They've been on target every time for me and my fellow Vermonters. What about over on the West side?
