Travelling from St. Anton to Trieste (Italy)

Hi there,

I'm planning to go skiing in Lech/St Anton in late March. Straight afterwards, I have to be in Trieste in Italy. Can somebody tell me what's the best means of travel? Is there a train route that connects this part of Austria to Venice or Trieste or any city in northern Italy?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
