:Dhi,merry xmas and a happy new year,
the distance from Les Menuires to Les Arcs is about 66km and in good weather and traffic should only take around 1 hour 20 minutes there abouts(try avoiding this on a saturday as this is transfer day and the road up the valley can be choked with traffic,if you have to do this on a saturday do the drive early morning between 8 -11 am).
I am not entirely sure which bus/coach transfer companies will operate this route but you could try the following-www.satobus-alps.com ,www.altibus.com or www.autocars-martin.com(think the web address for the last one is correct),the other option would be to hire a car for your holiday and do the trip under your own steam, a weeks car hire through autoeurope-0800 169 9797 for example should be around £130 for something like a fiat punto + fuel and road tolls.
hope this info is of use and wish you all the best for your holiday.
