I'll be coming off of a cruise ship in Venice the 3rd week of April. Does anyone know of any reliable skiing/snow near Venice in April?

You can either shoot up into the eastern dolomites, its a fair old trip on bus or train, or go across to Ljubljana via Triests and ski in Bled, KG or Bohinj (Slovenia).
