Work/Board Canada 08 - questions

Hey all,

Was just wondering about working in Banff for 08 snow season. I will be travelling beforehand and don't want to carry my board around the world.

1. What do most do when they get there apart from those that take their own boards..... How much is a board/bindings/boots new vs second hand? Where do you buy these things second hand?

2. If i go for the job fair in banff and say get a job. Do i then wait for about one month till the season starts? What do people do in this time??

For the 08/09 season? It helps when getting a job if when they ask you at the interview "have you already secured accommodation" you say "yes!".
