There is a gadget on the market perfect for skiers and sadists. It is spin off technology from the company that makes Electric Chairs for the American Justice Agency !

I seemed to have "lost" one of my major muscles during my body tune up! My brain just could not find it! I could not flex it! Try as much as I wanted to all I got was a flaccid muscle! I realize it is taboo among atheltes to talk about "flaccid" muscles ,,,but it does happen! Seems nerve is traumatized!

Yes, some very far reaching claims made on that site. I don't endorse any of them. I have experienced treatment from a physiotherapist using this system. I agree, it's pretty weird watching muscles fire by themselves. Too high a current may shock the muscle, affect the nerves and be counterproductive :-)

Again the principle, Too much of anything can be counter-productive.

I tested myself to see how much pain I could take and "dialed" up! I got that feeling you describe and my muscle refused to flex for three hours!

No more self mutilation!
