Conditions at Whistler Blackcomb?

What are the conditions like at Whistler Blackcomb? Any new snow? Heard it was really icy.

I've just had a couple of friends return from Whistler and they said there is plenty of coverage, but the pistes were just hit and miss. Some of the high traffic one's were hard packed and icy they said. They also said they still had a ball though! :-D
