What to do near Lake Bled (Slovenia) if there's no snow

Hello all -

We're going to be staying at Lake Bled for 3 days in near the end of January. Right now, snow conditions (and the weather forecast) look very bleak for that location. Has anyone been there in the winter when skiing really isn't an option? If so, what did you do to pass the time while you were there?
