La Tania vs Meribel

Hello,

Could anyone give me the pros and cons of staying in the above, it will be in the next couple of weeks. I can't decide which one to choose!

We are a couple of strong intermediate skiers and will be in a catered chalet but do enjoy a bit of apres.

Any pointers would be great, thank you.

It's a long time since I've been there but La Tania used to be pretty quiet for apres... Iain's one of our regular 3V experts so he should be able to chime in shortly with more recent knowledge?

It's really just the Ski Lodge in La Tania for apres. That's not to say that's it's not good there - I've had many brill times there, lots of live music/events, but there's not a huge choice otherwise.

Both resorts are good, but perhaps if the sunshine keeps going, slopes down to La Tania, which are less south-facing, will be better.
