Hi, I'm taking my wife and children (15,12,12) skiing to La Plagne from December 29th to January 5th and we are booked into an apartment in Plagnes Villages.
My previous experience of New Years Eve was Les Arcs 1950 where the kids loved the fireworks and DJ and I am told that La Plagne has a similar event? (Pompom?)
I am wondering if anybody can give me a steer as to whether we can get back to La Plagnes Village after midnight?
If there is no way back after midnight then can I ask for a recommendation for a restaurant or bar to book into at La Plagnes Village to see the new year in?
I realise I can explore options when i arrive but I'm concerned those options will be limited by then if i have not booked anything.
Any useful info from La Plagne experts would be greatly appreciated !!
Thanks in advance
Scott

There is an inter satellite resort bus , free , that runs between Plagne Centre and Plagne Village. On New Year's Eve I think it runs very late at night.
The Grizzlie is a really good restaurant in Plagne Village very near the office of the ecole de ski, excellent food very close to the nursery slopes and run down to Plagne Centre
