We are flying into Milan Bergamo for literally 2 days boarding so we want a really short transfer. i am guessing somewhere in the Bromo reigion but we went to Foppollo recently and there were quite a few button lifts which on a board wasn't the most fun!!
Does anyone know any other resorts near to Bergamo that maybe has less drag lifts?? Or do i have to just grit my teeth again and get on with it????
thanks :)

We are going back for the 2nd time this season ('nuff said)
and snow is on it's way for monday. I too prefer a resort with a minimum of button lifts as i am a Monoskier.
Ifyou stay at the hotel flora then take a travel kettle with you if you like a midnight or early morning cuppa and a dvd player c/w dvd's as it is a quiet resort with no lift queues.
They transfer you from/to Bergamo/Macugnaga ( pronounced MackunYagga) there are quality apartments if you wish to be independent.
Equipment hire and lift pass is included in the price which we rate as great value.
