Suggestions for next week in Scotland?

I am taking my girlfriend skiing for her first time on real snow. She won't allow me to take her abroad incase she dislikes it and wants to do something else, so we are going to go to Scotland, so she is not too far from home. She has practiced her skiing on the dry slope and enjoys it, but is nervous I guess.

Can anyone recommend an area to ski in Scotland and some accomodation nearby? We are looking to go next week if possible.
