Germany is the the country of honour for the 9th edition of Les Arcs most famous cultural event. Big Up & Down - 2-4 February 2018
This is an unmissable event for all ski touring and skimo fans, featuring three events in one. Back from his FKT attempt on Everest will be Kilian Jornet, world-famous ski mountaineer and trail runner – will be present, plus French skier and video maker Enak Gavaggio.
Safety Day – 21 February 2018
This is an interesting innovation by Les Arcs, with a day devoted to safety when holidaymakers can meet local safety professionals.

Like running? How about an 11km trail running race through the snow with 700m of elevation gain.
The Great British Celebration - 24-30 March 2018
After last year's successful inaugural event, the Great British Celebration is back. Specially designed to celebrate Great Britain and British skiers - despite the challenges of Brexit - the whole resort will take on the colours of the Union Jack and put on Franco-British challenges and entertainment.
