New for 2015/15 in Val Thorens is their 'chilled out snowshoeing & yoga hike'.
We all know the mountains are the ideal place to relax and recharge your batteries. The resort have tapped in to the current growth of interest in yoga by combining the gentle walking of snowshoeing with a session of pranayama yoga.
Led by Brigitte Ruff and Anita from the resort, the breathing exercises of yoga are planned to help participants enjoy the fresh air and at the sae time calm your mind.
The snowshoe hike starts with a stretching session, and then later in the hike, includes two breaks for a sun salutation and seated meditation.
