A controlled avalanche by ski patrol led to a chairlift becoming buried in 6-8ft of snow and the lift shack completely destroyed:
They report that less than 2 hours after pictures were added to the resort's Facebook page, they received requests to purchase the old chairs. Crystal Mountains has sold seats from old lifts in the past for about $250.
