Rate the resorts you've visited.

With all the discussions around resorts and their relative merits or otherwise, how about listing each resort/ski area you've visited and giving the pros and cons of each, plus a rating out of 10? Perhaps a comment on who the resort best suits.

Including where you stayed and what you thought of it would be helpful as well I reckon.
But it sounds like an awful lot of work - typing all that up, especially for people who have been to lots of resorts. Maybe I'll have a go doing it later ...

For me Andy my fave resort that ticks all boxes has to be Les Arcs 1950.10/10 for range,big open runs at altitude.Some of the best treeline skiing(i'll rephrase that,forest skiing) in the alps,10/10.Superb ski in/out,especially the beautiful village(albeit man made)at 1950,a little bit of luxury cheaper than the three valleys(relatively speaking of course)good off-piste and La Plagne if you need more!Foods not bad either if you know where to go.All in all the Arcs@1950 gets a 9/10 from me,for everything else, Austria 8)
