Don't worry about it - they've been doing stuff like that to me as well :(
I tried booking a snowdome course with them, and their contact details were wrong so I had to contact the Ski Club of GB to get hold of them (they had the wrong contact details as well but they managed to get hold of them somehow), then their discount code didn't work, and finally they had the wrong coaching times up on their website! The coaching course was in the evening rather than the daytime so I changed my mind and cancelled with them. They said it was because they've had their website updated and the people doing it put up the wrong times - but I was the first person to notice!

It's Warren Smith's Ski Academy who run courses at various venues including UK snowdomes (Hemel Hempstead).
