Arosa (www.arosa.ch) in the Swiss Alps will stage its annual 'Ice Snow football' tournament, (www.icesnowfootball.ch) believed to be unique in the world, later this month.
The third edition of the football competition, which attracts former national team players from various countries, will be staged from 24th to 26th January.
Germany won the first two competitions in 2011 1nd 2012, 1ith matches played on the frozen Obersee.
Teams from The Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland and this year for the first time Brazil will be competing in the tournament with a sponsor match on 24th January free to view,but the main tournament tickets costing 20 CHF (over 13s and adults) or 10 CHF (children 6 to 12 years old).
Matches take 30 minutes to play with the grand final taking place at 4pm on 25th January between the highest performing teams from the group stages earlier that afternoon.
