I'm deeply jealous. We skied Sun Peaks when it was still a relatively new resort but we loved it and the snow was amazing.
My tips:
-take plenty of layers of clothing, especially something to cover your face - it can get seriously cold, take advantage of the warming huts at the top of some of the longer lifts.
-use a guide to show you around and try some off-piste powder skiing. I did this as an early intermediate at Sun Peaks and it was fun with a guide.
-enjoy all that lovely food!
