Hi all,

My wife and myself would like to ski during mid of Oct in swiss.

Is there enoghe snow to ski at this time?

Possibly Engelberg, more likely Saas-Fee or Zermatt. It depends on the amount of early snowfall, you will be on glacier slopes plus possibly some man made snow lower down.

Not really. The only options for October skiing are glacier resorts where the skiing is quite limited to a small number of runs and isn't ideal. The resorts don't open until November at the very earliest unfortunately. Look into Zermatt, that is your best bet in Switzerland.
