Review of Arosa, Switzerland
"Easy access and relaxed skiing"
reviewed by Admin *
Had a fun spring ski trip to Arosa. Decent slopes, gorgeous scenery, and great snow made for a fantastic few days. Getting there was half the fun: we flew into Zurich and took the scenic Swiss trains all the way to Arosa (hot tip: download the SBB app!). The final leg up into the mountains on a narrow-gauge railway is fab.
The three main peaks of Hörnli, Weisshorn, and Bruggerhorn provide a good variety of runs.
Snow was good spring conditions - a bit crunchy early, but lovely from mid-morning. We clocked 40km of skiing and over 6,000m of vertical.
We stayed at the Altein Hotel — super comfy, with fantastic food and a rich history.
Good skiing, smooth travel, and a resort that felt like a hidden gem. We'll definitely be back!

"A Mecca for Freeride"
reviewed by powderhound *
Amazing landscape and brilliant freeride options. Individual ski areas accessed by ski bus can be frustrating but the skiing makes up for it.
Dead easy from Geneva, by bus, car or train.
Lively but not over-the-top, lovely town.

Review of Obergurgl-Hochgurgl, Austria
"Amazing hotel. OK resort"
reviewed by Judith *
The Hochfirst Hotel is fabulous and right by a ski lift linking into the main resort - a 6 star experience. However, Obergurgl itself is slightly disappointing, with a fairly limited variety of runs, in our opinion, offset against a very expensive lift pass (430 euros). It's ok, but not a resort we'd rush back to; we much prefer the likes of Saalbach or Schladming.

Review of Dolomiti Superski, Italy
"Forever surprised you"
reviewed by Aspen Mike *
I have skied this area for the last ten years and still have not found all the hidden gems.
Great runs, excellent restaurants value for money. Always improving the lift system investing in the infrastructure.
The area is vast if you want extreme skiing it’s not for you but the variety of runs and stunning scenery will put a huge smile on your face.😊😊😊😊

Review of Saalbach Hinterglemm, Austria
"excellent resort"
reviewed by daz *
excellent trip. we stayed all inclusive so we didn't see any of the resort life,i.e apres and restaurants.the hotel was excellent, private minibuses to take you to which ever lift you wanted to start at and pick you up where ever you finished.five areas all linked, we had 6 full days of great skiing conditions and weather. highly recommended.
