I agree with admin, Ben. It's like saying just because the snow is great now means it will be that way when it's time for you to go. It doesn't work like that. I'm off to Lech early in Jan and apart from looking because we are all kids when it comes to skiing, I'm not bothered in the slightest.
Enjoy your Christmas and I would wager the resort being just fine come February. Steve |

There seems to be a fair-ish amount falling in Lech this week, and the cannons are working too. Fingers crossed for those going out this early in the season.

Hi Ally. Lech for me on Jan 11th. I think that's 39 days?

We have been skiing 3 times in the 3 valleys for well under a grand. We've had to botch it together though, by that I mean booking flights, transport and accom individually. There are some good and bad points. The good is the price, as we haven't paid over £750 for everything (including food) but that also means we've self catered and took racks of meat from Costco in our bags.
Saying that, we have been there 3 times and done it 3 times, so we are clearly doing something right. We've been in catered chalets the last 4 years (not in the 3v) but if we do go back we would have no problem with not going through an agent again. Hope this helps. Steve. |

We are back off to Lech in 2015. Same place, same time and same chalet as last year. Does anyone else think this year is going really quickly? I'm not complaining, I can't wait!

I like it that it's not just me with an emergency ski pack. The lovely town of Lech awaits next year once again but first it's Sri Lanka with the wife and boy. Not a ski slope in sight over there....get a grip Sri Lankan government!
