That is a beautifully romantic view of doing a ski season or moving to the mountains pav, I couldn't do that-I applied fora job in the uk and went out having secured a salary, accommodation and lift pass.

I haven't been in chatel for about 4years but Im pretty sure you need to get the gondola up to avoriaz do you not? Maybe that's from the Morzine side.

fair enough pav, i am not in the position of having so many choices! One ski jacket if its cold, one softshell if its not but more often than not in Scotland its both because its very cold! I agree with the happy wife=happy life which is why she has just got boots with heated elements inside! :-) |

Ah ok, my apologies trencher!
Ive calmed down now anyway, just don't think there should be segregation and struggle to understand-I don think there are any boarder only resorts? |

Yeah i went in April last year when it was 20degrees and the snow held fine!

Using phrases like a gentlemens club and upper class golf clubs makes me think of elitist views but that must be me.
Esp sweeping statements like-everyone under 25 causes all the issues and removing them makes the resort better |
