Anyone organising a group?

Alright!!! I see that the character-combos to create smileys did work, so I'm glad to learn that!!! Now I'm wishing all of you in the UK a nice afternoon, and I'm going back to work :(, cause I still have a long day ahead of me (it's only 11:30AM in my time-zone) :)

Not something I can consider so far in advance, we are somewhat late deciders!
But good luck.

Thanks Dids :D

If where we're going, and when, suits you I suppose you could always come as well even if you're a late booker. You might just have to stay in your own accommodation, and you wouldn't get the group discount. But we could all still meet up in the resort :D

So you ARE planning to go on this trip then?

... hmmm I would have thought that was a bit obvious? [maybe I'm tired...]

Maybe you're tired.
:

:):) Tony_H, I was kidding! ;)
...However, I'd rather prefer to be tired after some yard-work (at home) on a Sunday, than @work on a MONDAY !:(!
(... and on top of it, I am typing on my phone, so since the graphic-smileys don't seem to work, I'm trying to use the character-combos for them, which I am not sure if it will work either...)

AllyG,

Is there some time-deadline for organising the trip to get a group-discount?

Unrelated PS: I'll just add a side note that it's fun to use "organise" VS. "organize" :) -- initially thought "organise" was a typo, but then I realized (or is it realised in the UK) that "organise" IS the correct spelling in the UK. Also funny: Found it a bit confusing initially to keep reading "ski Holiday": because in the US, "holiday" has a different meaning than "vacation", so I was a bit jealous thinking: do they have special "Ski Holidays" in the UK?

OK. Done: entered my selections with 'all' for #2 and #3 and jan/feb/march for #5 :)
I really hope enough people will sign up, and this will end up being a GO!!! :)

... RE my own comment: (select all the available, or just pick one at random?) -- I asked because I am thinking that the main purpose of the survey is to form an idea if we can get to a consensus, to be worth starting to 'really' organize this. On that thought, say some select "March" but really they'd be okay with January or February also, then it's hard to determine from the total entries if there are enough members to form a group.

OK, I was thinking to go ahead and enter my choices in the survey: but what do we pick for questions on which we have no preference? (select all the available, or just pick one at random?)

BTW: (sorry this is unrelated to the thread): I kept searching through older threads hoping to find out what could be the problems behind not being able to load an avatar? Any ideas? [I am browsing to the file I chose, I made sure to reduce its size onder 130x130px, and it still refuses to show up :( ?!
