Hi all,
Does anyone know the name of the hotel at the top of the Plan Maison lift?
Can't find it anywhere but I know it exists.

I did write the original message with a tiny amount of desparation which is why I didn't mention an area. We have been on our last four trips by organising it ourselves which we find cheaper and more fun, however this year I can't find an apartment available anywhere at all. We like the look of Val Gardena in Italy or Les Arcs in France.

Yes I did manage to think of that but so far I havn't found a single apartment free on that date and the prices in the brochures are just not funny.

So come on, tell us where "hidden valley" and "brown trouser ridge" are please

I have to say, I went there for three days in March this year and didn't find it any more expensive than France as long as you were a bit careful

Accomodation wanted, prefer Italy but anything considered

When I have been (twice) we have hired a car at the airport. I really enjoy the drive though it is long and you need to allow 5 hours with stops. Its nice to have lunch by lake Como.

Also the car is useful in Livigno, we used it to get to the other side of the valley instead of using the buses.
