I appreciate that some resorts can look a bit bland and dull, but surely for a ski holiday it is the actual ski area which must account for most of the reason to go. As long as the resort has great skiing, and some decent bars and eateries, I don't really mind if it looks like the famed ferrier estate in kidbrooke.

I found this little critter buried in the glacier at the top of the Jungfraujoch..
And this is my friend Peter on the ice on the Bow River in Banff..
And this was him shortly after

I always assumed it meant you needed a partner, and rubbing it on took your mind off the flu  |

My Doctor, who clearly did not know who his father was, decided to give me my injection on the 23rd December. I spent most of Christmas day on the phone to the NHS hotline making sure the number of painkillers I was taking was not going to have any fatal consequences

 I have been known to make sure my scratches line up (where someone has gone across both skis in a queue), so I guess it would bug the hell out of me if I ever managed to put graphics like those on the wrong way round. Yes I would stop and switch them over.

 I sure hope that goes better than when I had a cortisone injection in my elbow. I don't care how bad the pain gets, I will never have another one of those. I finally got my "tennis elbow" cured by an acupuncturist. Would recommend one of those to anyone. Good luck Icy. |

I would be happy with any of those  Maybe put the Sella Ronda at the top of the list. Early March should be good for there. |

Is that a mid June night? Where it is only dark for about 5 hours? |
