Now only 4 sleeps!

Anyone else still got trips for the year planned or is that it? :(

Hello. Back from camping, nearly froze to death on Thursday night - woke up to a scene from The Day After Tomorrow, everything was frozen and icy, including the tent and water container.

Only 17 sleeps to the next one!

Its 10 sleeps until our friends visit and we discuss next year's skiing - does that count? Hopefully then have an idea of when, possibly where (me and Mr Nelly know where WE want to go, just got to convince the other two).

I used to love the end of season vibe, totally different to the mid season blues or start of the season. But also sad to be coming to an end.

The summers are amazing in the alps, there's SO much to do, hiking, camping (yes I know), biking, rock climbing, rafting. Brilliant time.

Layers, lots of them, then strip off if its too warm. And ALWAYS wear gloves - I've heard horror stories about non glove wearing.

Not always dressed like that I might add
