you can't get a bus ..the only way across is at Plan Veisey ...we managed to get from aime 2000 to Vilroger and back in a day ..just... but we did have a nice lunch in 1600 ...as I said the "explore Paradiski " pass gives you one day in Les Arc but in my opinion there is enough in La Plagne for 5 days

skied la Plagne last January and enjoyed it...the red run down to Champagny from Le Grande rochette was my favourite ..that side got the sun and the long runs down to montchavin through the trees were also excellent but cold in Jan ....lots of excellent piste skiing unless you are a real mileage freak I wouldn't get a full paradise ski pass I managed to do one day in Les arcs which is included on the middle ranking 6 day pass ...Nice runs down to Mont Albert as well threw the trees ,,you'll like it

As an inveterate bargain hunter I have always gone for the late deals ..but last year was difficult and the choice was ....minimal..but there is a saver if you have the time...go for 2 weeks ..or more ..this saves a large proportion of the costs ..especially if you drive and want single rooms...there are some available (you have to search) the tour operators only seem to want to cram 4 in a studio ..at vast cost and you can rent apartments for reasonable prices if you look hard
