How do you recommend dividing the tuition hours ?
How many hours a day, and for how many days ?

Both girls are physically fit (you'd hope so!) and my daughter has skied every year since 4 years old. Her friend had skate boarded a fair bit, so both had a good start.

We took them to the dry slope to learn the very basics which was a help.
They didn't have group lessons as no schools could accommodate them the week we went - although that was our preference as we hoped they would meet other kids.

They had 2 hours per day for 3 days. They were not taken on a chair lift to start with either and there's no carpet in Samoens, so it was straight (and off!) the drag lifts.

Last year my 14 year old daughter and her friend had 6 hours of private lessons and were confidently boarding red runs by the end of the week.
They had had about 4 hours on a dry slops previously, but were still pretty much total beginners.

I'm not up for another helmet debate though. I just think it would be a bit tactless under the circumstances. Sorry.

Nor me (helmet debate), we all know the risks and make our own choices.
