Driving to the Alps on the 31st.
We're a bit stuffed for space as 5 of us in the car and we're trying to decide whether to try and get hold of a topbox - borrow or hire. We usually just use a rack, but thinking of how much extra we can fit into a box. Anyone use them? Are they worth using? Thinking of fuel consumption from drag, weight. Will that weigh out benefits of carrying more? Do they fit as much in as they claim? Obviously realise they come in different lengths and we'd need a long one Apologies if asked before, can't remember seeing topic before. Dids. |

What's next for me is a skiing holiday!
Been patiently waiting while everyone goes....and returns. Got tickets for olympics too, so got that to look forward to :D Just moved house so looking forward to seeing what's in the garden and as we've moved somewhere with evening sun anticipating evenings with a cider watching it set. Right now I have to start work... :( |

There's a red piste in Flaine that's often left, but there's a sign at the top that says Piste Non Damme - which does give fair warning ( if of course you can understand the sign).

You could probably put the details into a phone Ally. (if you have one!)
Don't want a pencil sticking into you on a fall. :( :D |

Ally,
You are a top researcher! I knew my comment was rather thick, but if Bandit hadn't mentioned steeper slopes I would have assumed both faced different directions, which would also affect the meltng times. |

And the present :D Is Utah bad? My friend's daughter off there on the 30th with her school. |
