As the title says, it would be interesting to know how early people are off skiing this year and where they plan to go in search of the first snow of the season. Ise and Jan are excused by virtue of the fact that they live in the mountins, anyway Ise will probably be skinning up before we see our first frost :mrgreen:

Something of an exaggeration, the actual incidence is around 2200 MDBI and has been falling for some time.

I'm sure I read somewhere that the likelihood was far higher in female beginners, something to do with a natural reaction to twist the upper body when falling rather than going with the fall if you see what I mean. Does anyone know if there's any data to support this :?:
