As with this case and the Ski Host one I would really like to know what the statistics are for "accidents" whilst guiding/hosting etc etc.
I wonder what the accident rate per skiing hour is for hosts, free skiing and ESF Ski Instructors?

I wonder what approach the TO's will take?
The size of the four valleys ski domain must be a big selling point.

Not until tomorrow, Andy.
However, I think you are spot on, it will be another GREAT winter, with snow right through from October until May, everywhere, and with sunny days every day, and snowfall only through the nights.

That IS what you meant, is it not?

Nope.....

If so how do you fix the towers for the drag lifts?

They sort of float and are adjusted as needed. That's why it is normal for glaciers to be serviced by drags unless the lift can carry across the glacier.
Although I think I have read that there are a few chairs on glaciers as well.
No hurry on this .......
Far too early .......
Wot's the rush ??????

Says OA - who has no idea when any ski trip will happen next season yet!

I'm with Snapzzz on the reason I prefer TO's in the winter.
Christmas three years ago UK had a lot of snow - at Stansted there were hundreds (yes - I was told 400 people +) didn't get away for their Xmas break because of Easyjet cancellations.
Our charter left on time.
Last year - stuck in Turin for 6 hours as our plane was Mullered (technical term - not sure what it means?) but Titan flew an extra out from the UK to rescue us.
