Emma - would the easiest answer to your continued angst about your lack of bobbles and forced "encasquement" (made the word up  to describe having to wear a helmet) be to stick a decent bobble (or pom pom, size and colour of your choice) on top of your helmet???

Alternatively - divorce??

From this thread - For what it's worth I genuinely don't have a bobble hat to post

and yet is a vehement supporter of bobbles - what does this mean ???????????????

Are there hosts of closet Bobblers out there? Those poor unfortunates who have not "Come Out" and keep their desires a secret from all but closest friends and confidents?

Fair dooos,
So .......
1x Bobble hat

" border="0" class="mpimg" />

It is my belief that this above item, photographed in a suitably snowie setting, counts as a Bobble hat !!

It was bought for me by some guests I was guiding so they could see me

Should I wear this whilst skiing?
North Norfolk 09.30 - back from the school run - I know I'm an old softie, its only 6 miles and he could have cycled but ...
It is thawing but lots of crunching through ice on puddles and the country lanes were hilarious in places. Luckily only met the postie and a delivery tanker.
So far this year I haven't had to pull anyone out of a ditch!
Ian, is that Norfolk, Virginia??
Where I am in Norfolk, Norfolk, it is very frozen this morning - just back from walking dog and it is serious brass monkeys.
SAVE THE BOBBLES !!!!
Campaign now, don't let political corectness rule!!
I have been banned by OH from being seen by anyone wearing my bobble :(
But ....
It lives in my gear bag and gets fondly looked at every year.
Mind you - fluorescent orange/yellow/blue with an 8" bobble it is quite visible :D

How many people recognise any of the places where this video mix of some of the off piste in Les Arcs was made. Quite hard to identify all the routes they have put into this one short vid.

OK - I'll take a punt. The first shots of climb and ski are off the back of the Arpette, the bowl above the Bois de l'ours lift??

have I got it ?

Haven't skied that area since 1987!! But I have fond memories of that climb and the bowl underneath, and making sure to find the exit down.
