To be honest I did not find the drinks that expensive. Especially when you get to know the bar staff you always find free Grappa coming in your direction :)

Like it. First thing I do when I get in is put the old warmers in my boots. I do get damp feet during the day (not sure if snow or sweat) so the warmers/dryers are very important for me! :D

Shamrock bar was about €6.5 for a Guinness/Kilkenny (not inc in happy hour) and Kronenberg was €4.5 during happy hour (5-6) Vin chaud on the mountain varied €4-6 Water on mountain varied €3-6 Onion Soup €9-12 Lunch generally cost me about €15 - I know people will keel over at that esp Tony H and Wickers! :shock: 20 bottles of Kronenberg from trhe shop was €12, so driniking in did have its advantages. Apart from the fact that you dont meet lovely laaaadies ;) |

Oh! an excuse to go skiing again!!
I know that, and do use them to initiate turns - i did a post about it before i went - i just find sometimes I can ski without them. Some people drag them, that is a pet hate of mine!!! LAZY SKIING :twisted: |

OK, OK - I will have to do tomorrow night as I am off out to have a £3 beer Dont get me wrong while the apartment was naff, and the manager was an idiot with his mop and €52 the location of the place was perfect for ski in/out Tune in again, this time tomorrow for the next installment and pictures :D |
